Breakfast - Sultana Bran flakes & milk; Plain omelette, Lincolnshire sausage, back bacon, grilled tomato and button mushrooms. (Menu Card)

Tea.

Virgin shows the way how to do an English breakfast at 35,000'. Only negative was that omellete was rather tasteless and pre-fabricated looking. Everything else was top notch.
