Hot-smoked chilli mackerel with moroccan couscous salad. Beef stew with sage and onion dumplings. Oven-baked bread rolls. Chocolate mousse.

Red wine - Domaine de Mairns , Merlot

Just a average meal by premium economy class standard. Tastes were okay. The starter and dessert portions were right but the main course portion could have been larger. The meal tray looks empty with a small main course on it.
