Not bad, the "smoked salmon" was really lox pieces...too many sesame seeds though. Mango was fresh. Dressing was icky. The other option on that flight was a chicken and vegetable wrap (not pictured.) Came with a large sugar cookie. The chicken wrap came with chips and the salad did not. Tasty. One of those "In Flight Cafe" things. Heard they will be changing to some "Wolfgang Puck" brand for the new year.
