"Time was when a 4 hour flight included a hot meal, now if you are lucky you get a snack. This 11 AM flight snack included a honey roasted turkey & cheese micro-sandwich; no idea what type of cheese it was other than 'white.' The carrots and dressing made a most wonderful 'salad,' and I was able to use the excess salad dressing to add some much needed moisture to the turkey & cheese. I found the chocolate/vanilla layered pudding dessert to be quite good... thank you Swiss-Miss!"
