Dinner To Begin- Spiced Shrimp and Chicken Wellington. Main Course: Filet Mignon with BBQ sauce- accompanied by buttermilk mashed potatoes and braised Swiss chard. Garden salad with Asian sesame ginger dressing. (Menu Card)

Champagne served with assorted nut mix before meal/Shiraz served with appetizer and dinner

Champagne was OK, shrimp was just fair (not spicy like described in menu) and I didn’t touch the chicken Wellington. Main course was excellent, however I could have done without the BBQ sauce, but the meat was cooked perfectly. Salad was tasty too. I skipped desert so I could catch some shut eye.
