Appetizer Lets see, the salad and bread was basically the appetizer before the steak. It was a great salad, they gave like two different choices of dressings.

Wow, this was my first time flying business... I just have to say that I am very lucky. There is even "United" written on the glass cup!! It was funny how they used the plastic knife which perfectly blended in with the silverware.
