Roast beef with mashed potatoes. Other choice was five spice chicken with jasmine rice. As usual, the ubiquitious UA salad, nowadays in more generous serving size. Love & Quiches brownie (yay!) and bread roll and butter. The wine was obtained earlier during beverage service, and is free on trans-Pac flights

Juices, sodas, coffee, tea. Wine is free on trans-Pacific flights

I had the beef, and it was rather tasty. The Love & Quiches brownie pleased me no end....
