The cheese biscuits were awesome- they should serve these in the U.S. instead of those useless pretzels. Lunch was an excellent meal overall. The chicken was done perfectly- United's chicken has been consistently top quality. The mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious but not heavy. Bread rolls, salad, and crackers were all good as well. The cheese spread didn't look so good at first, but it tasted wonderful. Just when I thought the meal was over, the FAs came around with generously sized cups of ice cream. They even offered seconds, but I decided not to get any. As far as quality goes, the ice cream was some of the best that I have tasted.
