Snack - Some kind of poultry (chicken/turkey?) and mystery cheese United micro-sandwich, served with a bag of potato chips. The 'dessert' was a KitKat bar. (Menu Card)

The micro-sandwich the Dijon mustard option, which I prefer, but my wife could not tolerate; it was quite 'zippy' and did wake-up my taste buds. Why UAL does not provide both a mustard or mayo package is beyond me? I wonder why UAL doesn't both to identify the food? It's probably for "security reasons" as that's their 'reason' for everything these days
