Turkish Airlines has awesome catering, even at airports away from its hub in IST. They served the bread warm, and butter at room temperature. Metal cutlery was also given. Paper menu was also given. I had the fish meal and it tasted fabulous. I never knew SIN could produce airline catering of such quality, especially when I've been flying out of this airport all my life.
