For the appetizer, there were diced tomatoes with a small piece of feta cheese; all sprinkled with oregano. Then, for the entrée, there was a choice between pasta in a tomato sauce with cheese and eggplant, or a köfte (meatball) with potato gratin and broccoli (first I had the pasta; then, when I asked for a second meal, I had the köfte). And finally, for dessert, there was what I believe was a white chocolate mousse. Also on the tray, were a bread roll, butter and olive oil.

Spectacular service and food; the pasta in particular was truly amazing. The metal cutlery was also a nice touch. No wonder many people consider Turkish Airlines to be the best airline in Europe!
