Way better dinner returning to the U.S. from Turkey. The Köpoğlu was my favorite part of the meal!

Dinner: Köpoğlu (eggplant tomato salad with "süzme" yogurt). Garden fresh seasonal salad wtih lemon olive oil dressing. "Kôfte" (traditional Turkish meatloaf), tomato bulgur rice, grilled zucchini. Dried figs and nougat mousse.

Equipment: This Do & Co provided catering is certainly photogenic! Meals looked really appetizing. I'm happy they warm the bread rolls on Turkish Airlines!
