Lunch - Smoked Salmon and Halibut, Prawn sze-chuan & rice, jelly with Thai herbs.

Champagne (Lanson) Saint Aubin cru, Grand Marnier

Good lunch, main course was excellent if a little on the small side. The jelly was very strange, slimey - looked like the stuff the Ghostbusters used to trap.
