Points for effort - spinach-ricotta ravioli in carbonara with peas sound great in theory. Not so much as a reheated airplane meal, especially when the pasta is tasteless and the spinach a few shades better than dehydrated mowed grass. I dug the "spinach" and ricotta out of the ravioli and ate them with the peas on bits of the bread roll like a make-do open face sandwich. Serviceable, but I now need a proper pasta meal to wipe this off the surface of my memory. The dessert of coconut cream on sticky rice was a salvation - sweet, cloying coconut custard was great.
