Lunch - Steamed vegetables - aspargus, plus an olive, cucumber, parsley and a couple of sliced tomatos, steamed white rice with chicken and chinese mushroom with a ginger and soy marinade, with some chilli to boot, some chocl (Menu Card)

...the main was the best and made up for the rest.
