First of all, an apéritif service with mixed nuts and the drink of your choice. The appetizer consisted of smoked salmon on rye bread. For my entrée, I went for the sirloin steak with potato gratin, mushroom and rosemary sauce (the other option was some kind of tortellini). And finally, for dessert, a chocolate mocha mousse. Of course, bread was offered as well.

Two different red wines and water. Chamomile tea afterwards.

A fantastic meal and service, and the crew even let me try the two different red wines! Not to mention that they had several types of tea. My only complaint is that I would've preferred the steak to be medium rare - however, that can't necessarily be taken for granted on a plane, and it was very tasty regardless!

Equipment: Nice presentation, and I like how the plates as well as the coffee cup have the traditional TAP logo on them.
