I was happy that my special order came through. I personally love airplane meals and this one shows that it's not difficult to prepare a lactose free meal. Simple and straight chicken breast with white rice and cooked veggies. No sauce. But since in Brazil we have very little lac free dairy, I simply thank the airline for not using Soy substitutes. =) I hate it when the yogurt comes as "lac free" and its just boring Soy Yogurt.
