Lobster filled with celeriac salad and lobster terrine, Beef fillet with herb crust served with wine sauce, Anna potatoes and ratatouille, Tropical fruits with cheeses, Chocolate praline and Sauvignon mousse layered with hazelnut. Breakfast of fresh fruit, yoghurt and muesli. A hot omelette entree was served along with sliced ham with cream cheese and herbs.

Water, wine and port

A wonderful gastronomic experience that few carriers can match. Service was top notch and started on the ground with beverage and amuse bouche (which I declined). Once airborne meals were rolled out on a cart and each course offered an assortment of tempting selections. The quality was on par with that of a 4* restaurant on the ground. A delightful and memorable experience.
