Mixed green salad topped with parmesan cheese. Turkey steak with red wine sauce, snow peas and mashed potatoes. Swiss cheeses with grape. Wild berries clafoutis. And the chocolate.

Gin tonic, Swiss chasselas, Swiss Dole, coffee, Cognac.

Great meal served in a nice white china. And not in a world famous designer plastic tray !!!
