For a 'red-eye' flight, this snack pack was great! In fact, it had a better variety and more content than the so-called lunch snack we received going to Vegas (which was a longer flight that most passengers did not sleep through). Seeing as I did sleep during most of the flight, I brought my snack home and enjoyed it afterwards.
