"The appetizer platter would have been a good meal by itself. Not only a good variety, but very tasty, topped off with a great mix of sauces, from wasabi to mustard to fruit sauces - I can honestly say the best in-flight meal service ever provided. (A half-point deduction since the purser pointed out, albeit quite apologetically, that 'customer surveys' indicated the passengers wanted one course removed from dinner service, and the caviar was deleted!)"
