Salad was delicious, one of song's original offerings in 2003. It was well worth the $8. The dressing was about half the size of what song normally gives with a salad, but when I asked the F/A for another container, he gladly gave me one. Breadsticks were a nice touch to go along with the salad. The cookie was $2, also very good. Initially I was given one cup of coke, but at the end when I asked for another the F/A gave me a whole can, as I was on the alst flight of the day, and they had a lot left over. Only downfall tonight....the credit card machines weren't boarded, so all transactions had to be completed in cash.
