Lunch, Lacto Ovo Vegetarian (VLML) - Pasta with ratatouille, roast eggplant salad with mini bocconcini and fruity dressing, fresh fruit, wholemeal roll and margarine

The salad was incredible, sauce was a mystery but possibly involving dragonfruit. A delicious and creative combination of textures and flavours.
