Lunch, Indian Vegetarian (AVMLI) - Zucchini curry with rice and dahl, pita bread(?), cold salad of cassava(?), rice dessert with pistachio, chutney, yoghurt

Exquisite. Despite a 30 minute delayed take-off (due to an air display at the airport), everything was served at the perfect temperature. I don't think I have ever had a better dahl anywhere, beautifully spiced and with a nice buttery flavour. Not entirely sure what the salad consisted of, but it was very tasty. Another brilliant meal from Thai Airlines food, meal, catering.
