Dinner To Begin: Prosciutto with mozzarella cheese and cantaloupe, tomatoes, Kalamata olives and roasted garlic and red wine vinaigrette. Heartland field greens with carrots and yellow bell peppers with classic Caesar dressing. Main Course: California-style grilled lamb chops with rosemary herb sauce. Roasted root vegetables and mashed potatoes. Dessert: Eli's Tiramisu.

2001 Raymond Estates Monterey Chardonnay & 2002 Aresti Rio Reserva Merlot

The lamp chops were the best thing I've ever eaten on an airplane. The purser even said "good choice" when I gave my order. The appetizer was also really good, and new (at least to me). I'd never seen it before.
