The Qantas Business class provides an extensive menu of food and refreshment. There were 2 entrees and 4 options of main course for choosing. The entrée of pea and mint soup is a great way for me to start the feast. I opted for a steamed Blue Eye Xiang style fish served with steamed rice. The fish was nicely cooked and I also enjoyed the fragrant rice. One of the benefits of flying with your other half is the opportunity to taste her dish as well. My partner selected roasted Bannockburn Chicken and potato which I sampled. The chicken was juicy and tender. Lastly, we were served seasonal cheese for dessert. The options for alcoholic drinks are also plentiful in the business class. However, the service level in Qantas can be a hit and miss depending on the flight crews.
