Chickpeas and cauliflower in a tomato sauce, couscous with sultanas, green salad with vinegarette, bread roll, dried apricots.

Choice

Green salad only had salad leaves - other meals had salads including carrot and tomato. Pretty sure carrot and tomato are vegan, Qantas! Otherwise, not too bad. Also, hot meal covered several other special meals - ovo-lacto vegetarian, diabetic, low-calorie, low-cholesterol, and lactose-free.
