"As a disclaimer I have to admit, it tasted and looked a lot better than it appears in this photo. This is part of Qantas' new upgraded International Economy service. The clear perspex meal tray along with the redesigned service ware was a HUGE improvement over what it used to be. tho' this is hard to tell from the photo. For once, the marketing is true, the food is much better and the portions have increased. Also the individual bottles of water and (later) wine were a great touch. Having flown this run many times and found it very very average i simply couldn't fault the service, food or the brand spanking new 747-400ER. The IFE is pretty cool too."
