Breakfast Mushroom and onion quiche with tomato sauce and sausage link and ham; fruit cup; blueberry cheese danish

Orange juice

The quiche was about as good as quiche can be on an airplane. The sausage was surprisingly lean, but the ham was rubbery. The fruit cup was standard fare, as was the danish.
