Dinner , Special meal: KSML
The main dish was salmon with vegetables, with a potato salad side. It was quite tasty and texture was firm. The fruit compote was good, essentially stewed apple, and the chocolate dessert was not bad. Cakes/pretzels were good. This is a long life Kosher meal from Belgium. Considering it's not freshly made, I was reasonably impressed. However if I was a frequent flyer this would get tired pretty quickly, as the side items get repeated during different meals (potato salad, compote etc).
