Dinner, Asian Vegetarian (AVML) - Lentil and carrot stew with broccoli and rice, salad, bread roll and butter, sultanas, Streets Splice ice cream (not pictured)

Main meal was just OK, but screams "institutional food" - they can do better than this (e.g. korma, falafels). Salad less bitter this time, with capsicum slivers in lieu of cherry tomatoes - obviously they have used more conventional greens but what is wrong with good old iceberg lettuce? If you want to get fancy, what about a few fresh herbs? Bread roll slightly less stale than usual - cheese would have helped. Ice cream was nice. Friendly service again on this flight - encouraging!
