"Considering Muscat and Dubai are all of 35 minutes air-time distant from one another, a snack of this quality is very impressive, indeed. The roast beef was excellent; the cake was slightly dry, but Arab cakes aren't especially moist, anyway, unless they're soaked in honey/ lemon syrup. In any event, within 10 minutes of departure it was on the tray and all the muck was cleared away 10 minutes before landing."
