Lunch 033: chicken and lobster terrine, served on a salad bed, accompanied with sour cream and dill dressing; seasonal salad with choice of dressings 034: wok seared scallops and praws, served in a mild creamy coconut sauce, (Menu Card)

Champagne, Australian Chardonnay and water

For dessert there was a choice of cakes and fruits AND (not or) cheese. Really a very good meal (lots of food, choice of 4 main dishes). Only the wine selection was a little disappointing.
