Mid-con Lunch Starter of Spinzels and Fisher Almonds, main tray consisted of fruit plate of grapes, pineapple slice, and strawberry; ham, swiss, and provolone sandwich on a wheat roll; served with lettuce, tomato, and cucumber salad; dessert of a carrot cake.

Other choice was an Oriental chicken pasta salad deal, the gentleman across the aisle got this first, but it didn't look so good to me so I opted for the "plain" sandwich. Everything was solid, the service was nothing to write home about but it did just fine for the relatively short trip up to MSP. Excellent conversation with a deadheading Pinnacle CRJ pilot to my left made the flight memorable.
