Lunch
(as per package descriptions): Vegetarian Lumanche pasta, Mediterranean pasta salad, two Jacobs cream crackers, a cube of Harvey & Brockless Double Gloucester cheese, and a cocoa cake topped with rhubarb and lemon mousse with pistachio nuts sprinkled on top.

Diet Sierra Mist; hot tea.

Pretty good tasting meal. The pasta was great but didn't appear so. The contents were divided into tomato sauce, spinich, and pasta which was then topped with cheese. It had to be mixed up before being eaten to get the full flavor. The Mediterranean salad was tomato based and drenched in olive oil so I didn't eat much of that. It was accompanied by some lettuce leaves. I loved the cheese and crackers. And then the dessert...really quite strange. I have never seen nor eaten anything like it before. It was not very good and the combination was puzzling.
