Breakfast - Micro portion of scrambled egg, sausage and beans. Bread roll, butter, fruit salad and jam. (Menu Card)

Orange Juice and water (the orange was free, the water wasn’t)

Typical airline breakfast. Lacking in substance. Larger portions on a 4hour 30 minute flight would have been better. However, the meal on the way back was much nicer. (Roast chicken).
