Small breakfast - Warm leek, cheese and ham quiche, warm apples on the side, cold fresh fruit salad, cherry pie (Menu Card)

Coffee, tea, champagne.

"The quiche was very good and created a nice contrast with the warm apples ( although they looked like boiled potatoes untiul the first bite...), fruit salad was good. The small cake was of almost marble consistency and with a coconut (???) residue. Edible yet mysterious."
