Dinner main course. Beef with brown sauce and onions; yellow rice and tomato garnish. Dessert was a creamy coffee-flavored cake. (Menu Card)

Red wine and water.

The flight attendant brought a selection of three main courses from which to choose (beef, chicken, fish). A nice touch, I thought. The beef was very tender.
