Breaded Fish with Braised Noodles (again), Cold Shrimp Salad (again), Chiffon roll with cream filling; bread roll

Choice of coffee, tea or orange juice.

A wave of disappointment washed over me as I peeled back the foil cover to reveal a really dry hunk of breaded fish. Never mind if it was repeat of the fish dish I had on the flight going to Malaysia, but this time they skipped the sauce and replaced the steamed veggies with two strips of bell peppers for added color. Let’s mot mention about the braised noodles anymore. I resolved to stop poking at the brown gob on my tray and reached for the stash in my hand carry…. a KFC colonel burger.
