Boiled rump of Prime Veal with Pumpkin Salad and Pumpkin Seed Oil. Two bread rolls. Mountain Cheese, Rock Salt Cheese, Camembert Raspberry and Rhubarb Compote with Vanilla Crème Fraîche and Almonds. Two pralines. Before landing, a piece of pineapple and a grape covered in white chocolate was served.

German Sekt (sparkling wine), water, tea
