Snack, dinner, brunch LHR-FRA, shrimp and beef salad. FRA-EZE, smoked salmon with sour cream and chives, grilled cod with tamarind jus and new potatoes. Chocolate truffle and cheese. Pancake with tomatoes and green asparagus.

Gin & tonic, Jacquart Brut Mosaique Champagne, central valley Chardonnay, Santa Helena, Chile. Baileys.

In general very good, the cod was a bit dry due to over heating. Pancake with tomatoes and asparagus (brunch) was a strange dish to serve at 05.30!
