As a starter Rucola and lamb’s lettuce with chicken, and a piece of fish with mustard dressing and another mixed salad, the main course is a ragout of rabbit with potatoes and vegetables and the dessert is some kind of a cheesecake with vanilla sauce. Moreover you can find some chocolate on the tray.

Chardonny and water

The whole meal was quite impressing. The starter was fresh and tasty, the main course even more delicious :-) The presentation of the dessert with a “heart” out of vanilla sauce was a nice idea.
