A packet of pretzels was served before the meal, as was a hot towel. The main meal consisted of: appetizer - green salad. Main course - choice of chicken with BBQ sauce or cheese tortellini; I chose the tortellini. Dessert - chocolate berry cake. Also on the tray, were a bread roll, cheese, butter, dressing for the salad and a piece of dark chocolate. During the flight, a selection of drinks and snacks was available in the galleys.

Tomato juice before the meal. More tomato juice with the meal and tea afterwards. Coffee during the middle of the flight.

All in all, it was a good meal. The pasta was tasty, though I've had better airline meals. I liked the fact that drinks and snacks were available in the galleys at no extra charge. Because this was the first time the MUC-LAX flight was operated by an A380, we received a little gift while boarding the aircraft - a heart-shaped ginger cookie. Nice!
