LH's new service. It presented not only as a meal tray, but as a whole dining experience package, with a beverage of your choice served in a glass. The FA came before bringing me the meal and asked what beverage I would like. My red wine came in a glassware on the tray with the meal. She later came back with the bottle specially to offer me more wine. This is where LH excelled over other airlines in terms of a la carte menu in economy class.

One of their a la carte menus, "Classic Cuisine", consisting of orange and fennel salad; grilled steak with green beans and Pommes Anna; creamy mousse with raspberry sauce.
