hors d'ouevre: cold-smoked salmon, apple fennel salad, lemon creme fraîche and keta caviar main course: stir-fried filet of beef, baby corn, shiitake mushroom and asian rice

dinner for LH720, 722 and 728 in July and August 2005. The dip was not very tasty and the handling of those plastic salt and pepper-caster is not very convenient. The roll is ropy as even at Lufthansa, but the salmon and the main course made it.
