Lufthansa stopped the flights between Frankfurt and Cologne some years ago because of the very short distance. So the "flights" are now operated by trains. Some of the fast "ICE"-trains have Lufthansa cabins where business class passengers get snacks and drinks. I must admit that I miss the real flights between Frankfurt and Cologne but the train service is good as well.
