Lunch - Beef chunks with peas, carrots and mashed potatoes, served with a salad, bread, butter, and an unidentifiable fruit cake.

Water and Tea.

A rather plain meal, but filling. The FAs on Lufthansa are cordial but it seems they never smile first.
