A sandwich of French bread with butter, lettuce and cheese.

Red wine.

This was the first flight of a long day flying back to Boston. The flight was scheduled to leave at 14:45 but because of technical issues they had to send another plane in from Frankfurt Main. We ended up leaving at 16:00pm. The service was very friendly and the snack was good, better than peanuts. The bread was soft and fresh and I ended up asking for another which the attendant gave it to me with a smile.(I guess they were trying to make up for the delay). I used to make sandwiches such as these when I was a kid back in Brazil.
