Inbetween breakfast lunch (snack) - The white lump was similar to a mousse/cream with nice herbs; cheeses; pecan and other spreadables for the variety of croissants and warm breads that were offered. Some fruits on the side and a glass of tea. (Menu Card)

"A really fantastic snack that was better than I thought. Lufthansa recently redid their business class and I think it is called a "Taste of European". The whole service was efficient, clean and it was just great."
