lunch meal Entree: smoked salmon served on potatoes in a creamy sauce (excellent); Main course: some kind of Teriyaki chicken with vegetables and rice (very good); Beemsterkaas (some kind of very tasty Cheddar-like holland cheese); dessert: Foret Noire cake (Black Forest) a pure delice !

French red wine: Vin du Pays de Languedoc 2003 (great wine !); water; and at the end of the meal: coffee cup and a Cognac VSOP
